So I have had this guy swimming in my head for a while... I needed a dragon character and now I finally put him to paper (er... pixel). 8D I knew for a long time I wanted him in pastels  and to have a very delicate look. Listen, I'm a terrible outfit and whatever designer okay, so that'll probably change over time. But the thing I was most lost on was the WINGS. Cause wings are wings man, but I needed his to stand out as he's royalty. So why not have friggin flames shooting out of them? 8D It's 8 AM and I need some sleep lmao. Forgive me. I'm also going to post all the other ones I did in a real deviation, I just want to post them as a big group... but this file's huge as hell and I'm so happy with it, it deserves its own!
